Today the wall studs were brushed and the million lathen plaster nails removed. Then some floor was cleaned. Riveting.
2 noteworthy things happened however- I had a visit from my friend Sally. We walked over to Franco Cozzo and ordered some new furniture for both our houses. (that bit didn't happen)
Then a local chav walked past and said my house is known to be haunted, then asked if I needed any help.
Haunted by the ghosts of crackheads past? Looks like things are really coming along. Score on the period vents and ceiling rose! Don't feel like you have to keep them though... ; ) xx

This week I'm feeling a little blah about the reno, just so much to do. But as someone pointed out, so far it's just been preparing for the actual reno, no exciting stuff done yet!
